As part of GDPR, we now require all clients of the salon to opt in to marketing communications and to agree to the data we have on file, by filling out the GDPR consent form prior to your next treatment.
Each type of treatment requires a consultation form to be filled out and signed prior to your appointment in the salon. This is to ensure you are able to undergo the treatment you have booked.
We want to make sure you get exactly the results you are after. We therefore ask that you arrive 10 minutes before your treatment to fill out the necessary consultation forms. These forms are a legal requirement and treatments will not be carried out without signed consultation form in place.
You are required to undergo a patch test at least 24 hours before your treatment. This is to avoid any reactions to the products. Patch tests apply to any treatments requiring tints, glues, laser or perming solutions.
Please note we require at least 24 hours before your treatment start time, to avoid a strict 50% appointment charge. Charges to be paid in full before re-booking.
If you fail to turn up to your appointment, the treatment must be paid in full, before re-booking. This policy is in place to give the salon enough time to re-allocate appointments to other clients.
We require a deposit for group bookings and/or treatments lasting 90 minutes or more. The deposit required is £10 per hour of treatments booked.
Students 10% discount
We offer a 10% discount to full time students – Tuesdays only. Don’t forget your ID though – we will ask you for it.
YOU Beauty Clinic Ltd is strictly a no smoking environment. This includes electronic vaping and cigarettes.
With our online booking facility, all terms and conditions listed here, are still relevant, including patch tests, deposits if required, cancellation fees, the completion of relevant consultation and GDPR forms, etc
We accept cash and credit cards (excl American Express). Payments can be made in the salon, over the telephone or through online booking on our site. We do not accept cheques.
There is a strict 12 month validity period on all gift vouchers. Please note this cannot be extended after this period.
You are required to follow your therapists after care instructions to ensure maximum benefit of your treatment. You are also advised to purchase the relevant after care products to prolong your treatment. Failure to do this, may result in damage to your lashes, chipping of your nails, or pigmentation of your skin following laser treatments.

Regrettably there is a no pet policy, due to allergies and in salon sanitisation.
Whilst we welcome children into the salon and allow the use of mobile phones, we ask that noise levels are kept to a minimum to ensure relaxation for all clients.
